Returns & Exchanges
We can process a return or exchange on any unworn shoes within 60 days of your order date. We highly recommend testing your shoes around your house with socks on before you wear them outside!
We are unable to process returns or exchanges on any worn items, for any "FINAL SALE" shoes, international orders, and certain Swag items (socks, beanies, shoelaces, patches, stickers, postcards, etc.)

Sizing
Our shoes are unisex, made for all humans. BANGS Shoes run mostly true to size.
If you're ordering high tops, low tops, slip ons, or platforms that are NOT made from white canvas, order the size you wear the most.
If you are “in between” sizes (unless you have a wide foot) we recommend that you order down a half size.
Product Care
We spot clean our shoes with natural soap, water, a cloth (or toothbrush!) and a bit of elbow grease. We recommend doing a spot test before cleaning with any soap to make sure that the soap does not alter the canvas color!
Please do not put your BANGS in the washing machine or dryer! Please do not let dry in the sun. The sun can alter color.
Materials
Our shoes are made with heavy canvas body with vulcanized rubber sole and toe cap. Vegan-leather tongue logo. Aluminum front lace up eyelets. Additional foot bed and arch support. Reinforced heel counter.
Shipping Details
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.
We cannot update mailing addresses after an order is placed so please also double (and triple!) check your mailing address before you submit an order.
If you must update your mailing address post purchase, there is an $18 fee (passed from FedEx). If your address is unable to be changed through FedEx and your shoes are returned to the warehouse we will have to process them like a normal exchange.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We ship through FedEx.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

I now find these to be really cute and really comfortable now that these are broken in! At first I wasn’t sure why there was extra pressure being put on the back of my ankle, but after texting my question to BANGS Rose quickly got back to me and gave me their personal experience. They had the same issue when they first started wearing the high tops and they told me to double up my socks or wear very thick socks. Thank you for your help Rose! :,) I also took my own advice and went ahead and very carefully and gently used a hairdryer on the shoes with them on to help warm them up and fit to my feet a bit better. I didn’t have the hairdryer on for very long! Within no time I was able to take a long walk in them without them hurting! :)
I love the subtle pop the flowers bring to these shoes! Sage isn’t a like a bright color that will draw attention downwards, but if you happen to glance at my shoes you can’t miss that these aren’t ordinary. Got me feeling whimsical AF. They also fit very comfortably!
The canvas is the perfect color and I am in love with the embroidered floral vine! 10 our of 10 recommend these 🌸🌿✨️
