During our normal workflow, Customer Care is available via email and text Monday through Friday (and some Sundays). Holiday hours may vary.

If you do not hear back from us within 48 business hours, please double check your outreach to ensure that you used our correct contact information.

BUSY SEASON 

Our busy season starts November 1st and ends at the beginning of January (during gift giving season!!) Below we have listed the dates our Customer Care will be closed.

Thursday November 28th (Thanksgiving)

Wednesday December 25th (Christmas Day)

Thursday December 26th open from 2-5PM EST 

Wednesday January 1st, 2025  

Customer Care is closed on weekends with the exceptions of some Sundays.

One note! Like many small businesses, we do not own our warehouse. So the days we are closed align with days that our warehouse is also closed! (We point this out to say that even if we were open on days that our warehouse is closed, we would not be able to communicate with them.)
